Polyloop, a DeepTech start-up from the Rhone-Alpes region, designs, develops and markets recycling equipment to provide an answer to the treatment of PVC composite waste. This easy-to-use equipment allows decentralised recycling of post-industrial and end-of-life waste, as well as access to recycled material, directly on the site of the industrial converters in the plastics industry.

With the Polyloop recycling technology, the manufacturer obtains high-quality, ready-to-use recycled PVC material. The PVC is separated from other materials by selective dissolution and then precipitated as compounds. Based on the principle of a Smart Factory, the equipment is easy to operate and adaptable to the needs of the manufacturer thanks to its plug&play configuration. It processes a 300kg batch in only 4 hours.
