FORVIA’s Sustainable Materials Division was created to support OEMs with their sustainability objectives by providing cutting-edge cockpits & and CO2 negative materials. The division’s focus is on 3 material families: Compounds, Foils/Skins, & Carbon Fibers.

FORVIA has been leading the bio-based materials innovation in the automotive industry with its unique products like NAFILean (Compound based on Hemp fibres and Polypropylene matrix), NFPP (Natural fiber PP composite with Compression technology) and Ecorium (premium bio-based alternative to leather). FORVIA will further accelerate the transition from virgin materials with best-in-class material innovations through this division.
