 Thanks to 15 years of R&D, CCB Greentech has perfected a biosourced building material: TimberRoc® wood concrete, and developed its application through various prefabricated construction principles for floors and walls, both load-bearing and non-load-bearing. These are marketed by licensed prefabrication partners. This innovative solution has a negative carbon footprint and technical properties that perfectly meet the stringent requirements of RE 2020.

 CCB GREENTECH is responsible for sourcing pulpwood exclusively from French foresters.
   

CCB Greentech markets the TimberRoc® technology license to prefabrication manufacturers, enabling them to produce wood concrete walls and floors for delivery to construction sites. The company then transforms the logs into wood aggregates, which are used as raw materials in the formulation of TimberRoc® wood concrete.
In addition to this activity, it is a true R&D center, with a view to developing new construction principles and uses for wood concrete.
