The EUSEW Policy Conference is the biggest European conference dedicated to renewables and efficient energy use in Europe. Sessions organised by the European Commission and energy stakeholders focus on sustainable energy issues, debate new policy developments, best practices and sustainable energy ideas.

Next to the conference, the Networking Village brings the EUSEW Community together to forge alliances whilst the EUSEW Awards celebrate outstanding projects and ideas.

POLICY CONFERENCE :

The Policy Conference of EUSEW 2019 will take place from 18 to 20 June 2019.
View the programme and register now! EUSEW is free of charge for all participants, but registration is obligatory.

If you attend EUSEW, I hope you’ll come visit the Interreg Med Energy Community’s events which aims to provide an overview of best-practices in terms of tools, demonstrations and political frameworks to support the energy transition in rural and islands areas.

The community will welcome visitors at its stand on June 19th from 14:00 – 18:00 at the Residence Palace in Brussels.

EUSEW side event – ROUND TABLE :

Please also save the date for our round-table and cocktail event during EUSEW to be held on June 18th, 2019 starting at 5pm at the Climate Alliance in Brussels.

This friendly event will provide an overview of the lessons learned by recent INTERREG MED renewable energy projects about how to support the energy transitions of islands and rural areas. This overview is based on project results and regional consultations with stakeholders across the Mediterranean. It will be debated by a round-table of experts from the Climate Alliance, Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), ICLEI-Local Governments for Sustainability, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and European Federation of Agencies and Regions for Energy and the Environment (FEDARENE). The event will be wrapped-up with a cocktail.
