The acceptance criteria for the cluster are:

- the consistency of the project with the cluster vision
- the cooperative element of the project
- the technological or scientific ambition

1. The construction or pilot phase starts once the members of the Axelera committee have validated a proposal. An overall project is then outlined and labelled (topics, participants, budget amounts) and the committee members determine the most suitable funding method for the project: Fund for Company Effectiveness, ANR, OSEO Anvar (the French Agency for Innovation), etc.

2. The assessment is the technological expertise phase of the project carried out by the funding organization. The project is selected or rejected based on eligibility criteria specific to each organization. A full submission must be presented (detailed project description, financial package, etc.)

3. Funding involves the drafting of framework agreements on state-local authority funding that will be signed.  The type of support awarded (subsidy, repayable advance, additional funding if it is a labelled project) by the various financing organizations will very shortly be available on our website.

4. The project starts with a launch meeting. Throughout the entire project, a project progress technical meeting is held once a year and a technical-financial meeting is held once a year.
