Axelera : the French environmental and chemical cluster

With more than 100 members, the environmental and chemical cluster Axelera was labeled in July 2005 and created by Arkema, CNRS, IFP, Rhodia and Suez.

Aiming to become the showcase for the “chemicals of the future”, the chemical cluster of Lyon is working for the development of cleaner manufacturing processes, better R&D activities and the improvement of working methods.

Aware of the importance generated by environment-friendly processes, Axelera assists innovative chemical projects owners in reducing the potential environmental impact and costs of cleaning through Technological and Cross-functional projects.
